 for understanding human behaviour.

PRISM Personal is the 'second level' version of PRISM and this learner led course helps you understand who you really are and what makes you tick. You will gain a good understanding of your behaviour, your preferred way of working and how you interact with others.  The report will show how you flex your behaviour at work to suit the demands of your role, your manager and your team.

The Understand Self & Others - Personal Level course introduces you to the concepts behind PRISM and how this benefits you.  

During the 2-hour course you will complete the questionnaire and receive your 29-page PRISM Personal report in both PDF and via our PRISM iMap digital platform, then through a series of videos and exercises you will be guided through how to interpret your report. Finally, you have time to consider and reflect on your development opportunities, personal goals and plan your next steps using the SMART process and a business SWOT analysis.
